Warranty
ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE FILED BY AN IRONCRAFT DEALER
Individuals must contact their dealer to file a claim.
INSTRUCTIONS
The warranty claim form must be filled out prior to any replacement parts being sent or warranty work being performed. We will not credit back parts that were ordered direct from our parts department. The warranty department will ship out the required parts to complete the warranty repair.
We will not credit back labor without prior approval which means the warranty claim form must be filled out first.
Once the warranty form is submitted you will receive a confirmation email which will give you a link to our labor reimbursement form that should be utilized after the work has been completed.
The warranty claim form issues a warranty number that is necessary in keeping track of warranties from start to finish.
Please read the warranty conditions below before submitting a warranty claim. By submitting a claim, you’re agreeing to our terms and conditions.
